Here we assisted the established homeowners to revive their new ‘empty nest’. The majority of our efforts included a complete renovation of the entry foyer, staircase, formal living room and dining room. In working with these outgoing clients, we provided furniture choices, wall treatments, lighting, millwork options and color palette. Wall mouldings and decorative paper visually widened the dining room. In the formal living room, we designed a coffered ceiling with two wall columns to frame the newly installed decorative rock. Interestingly, the owners had considered relocating before this project began, but following the renovation, they now plan to continue to enjoy their newly renovated residence.
